Stream Lined Workflows Bring Us Joy
Deep delight is not necessarily a positive feeling that extends for the entire user's journey or experience with a product. An example i like to think about is like an animated gift. That would be an example of this kind of local, contextual thing that can bring us joy. We can also go deeper into thinking about how stream lined is our work flow. And ou know, i often joke around that when you think about deep delight, the last thing you want to hear is stream lined work flows.
