Is There a Way to Post Salary Ranges?

Tech workers are going to have less control than they've had in previous years. Companies often let themselves get out negotiated by employees and especially brassy ones. I'm not sure how the incentive is going to play out there i see but cynically that you're figuring the number kind of doesn't move but rather the bookkeeping around it changes.
