How to Use Docker Files to Accelerate Your CI Workflow

Docker is designed to run parallel. It doesn't really use more CPU when it can. So I would set this up on a project on a Git repo that already has a Docker file and then I would download the depot command line locally. And then I would gain the benefit locally. But if I added into my CI and replace whatever the Docker build command I'm using in CI is with this, it sounds like the caching that the CI builds for me is now available to me locally. And available to every one of the team members that work on that same project. We're all us and the CI, the robots are all sharing the cache.
