Is There a Federal Role in Supporting Fleets Going Electric?

Do you see an important role on the federal or even state level for this topic? Do you think they need to come in out with some guidelines or do you think it's really something that should be dealt with on a local level? I don't know what I would answer to that question. The federal role is to make sure that they are open to funding a wide range of charging stations. It has an important role, but so does level two. Once fleet managers are aware of the potential for total cost of ownership savings, it can often become a much easier conversation. But there is a whole lot of education work that needs to happen for that to become a reality.
