Flow Through the Pulmonary Circuit
Oxygen saturations become really important when we're going to translate that into flow. So i can use my saturations to measure a flow. I've measured my pressures, and then i'm going to be able to define my pulmonary vascular resistance. The other the other measurement that you can sometimes get is a thermo dilution. With a certain catheter, you can directly measure a flow through a system that you're in based on your cateter. That is temperature dependent. There is one other measurement you might be able to use if your circuit allows that to be used.
