I've Been in the Agency Business for a While, What's Your Take On?

i've been in the agency business for a bit, i really don't spend any time in any more. I'm always looking at all the ways i can make clients feel warm and fuzzy. It's its regular account calls. It's not handing them off all the time. It's em you know, lots of touch points, high touch. And it can be a lot of work. One of the things that's really tricky is, like, you know, sometimes you're only as good as your last 30 days of work or what they see you doing now.
