Is Age a Bias?

Jason: In many ways age seems to be one of these somewhat acceptable biases in some way. We all sort of go from being the kid to the gray hair. And I, I too, when I don't feel like I had that time when I had just the right amount of sort of highlighted hair and it makes me wonder like is somehow that bias okay because we're all going to be young and we're all Going to be older.
