"I was doing the 10 or 15 minute meditations and I did that, you know, consistently pretty, pretty well," he says. "But there's something even more special if you can just push into the next zone of 25, 55 minutes like they call this this word samadhi." He adds: "It's not enlightenment or any crazy thing. But it's a very hard thing to find ... It turns out that the more you chase it, the more it flees"
