Frank Pentangel was supposed to be Clemenza. Richard Castellano, I think they forgot to change that part. He would only do two if he could write his own dialogue. It's weird in two where they're just like, why is this guy seemingly so important to this family? Even like Rocco shows up at the end of one for the last 30 minutes and he's the bodyguard.
