The Sun's Real Pain in the Ass

The White House has released a report about how they're trying to get a handle on global warming. One of the ideas is something called solar radiation modification. It's saying, let's remove some portion of the son's energy that reaches Earth's atmosphere. I don't know how you would do it. And first, we have to ask, are they saying, build a gigantic umbrella between the Earth and the sun? We'll see what Matrix for brings us.
