Are the Numbers Really Going to Be Spended?
Tommy, i keep reading about the disconnect between what's happening inside and people like john carey doing yeoman's work. They're making big promises, but it's not clear to activists and to the general public whether those promises are real or not. Do you see a path forward? I know you're mixing and mingling with both sides of the equation here. Are there anyone who is able to bring both sides together to do more, do faster? Or, i don't kow tht they'd sort of naturally enabling each other.
