There's a lot of discussion right now about whether gorsuch and cavana may have lied to congress in the way that they answered their questions. So i think, just as cavenel called it, precedent on top of precedent. There's no question that that all the nominees that have gone through have acknowledged becausethire's not just two case there are ten abortion cases. And so that's why alido's draft is so strong. It is it uses a formulation that cavanaghs used, which is egregiously wrong from the start.
