I think we've done a lot to try to accommodate the privacy and civil libertis concerns. I would havewriten it ad bill had i been drafting it. It addresses only one of the government surveillance authorities. Despite all the attention that section two 15 has quite deservedly got,section two 15 is just a little ce of the government surveilance authority.
