Human Rights Watch - I'd Be Happy to Help

Human right's watch asked me to support a new campaign to ban killer robots. The letter raised the of children playing with toy guns being accidentally targeted by the killer robots. It stated that robots would not be restrained by human compassion, which can provide an important check on the killing of civilians. So now it's humans good, robots bad, apparently. I thought perhaps we could start with a professional code of conduct for computer scientists - do not design algarithms that can decide to kill humans.
