The average church had one full time person on their staff team for every 51 people that attended their church. Pre pandemic, ches just began to hire more people to do ministry instead of equipping the body to do the work. Most churches right now tony are overstaffed. We need to revisit structure in the season as well and figure out how we're going to move this ministry strategy forward.
