The Status Quo in the Nuclear Industry

I'm actually picking up on the sort of diversity and gender balance. I think there's historically the STEM topics and the nuclear industry itself is very sort of male dominated just due to the sort of historical topics that we selected in schools and universities. And, you know, having a team around you that doesn't all think the same way hasn't got the same background has a completely different set of perspectives. You may have clashes and tension but actually tension breeds that creativity... Yeah. So really, really important that you do that. We need to continue to ask questions of ourselves and others about what is maybe we're preventing people from progressing. There's always going to be work to do for many
