When we see it there is an aha moment because that's where you know the line is. I can't cross over that line or I'm going to have to figure out some other strategy to get across that line and that strategy typically is to become more like the white person so that you can become more acceptable in their eyes. Another tragedy that is another moment when Black person has that experience they are they're traumatized yet again and they realize that off times it is the system which keeps them in place. Reconstruct rather than deconstruct.
