How Does Exercise Affect Appetite?

Exercise does seem to acutely but transiently suppress appetite as long as the intensity level is high enough. A lot of folks mentioned that they really just don't want to eat or in some cases they can't even think of stomaching a meal after a really intense bout of exercise. Going from very low activity to moderate activity usually leads to a correction in appetite levels and reduces unintended overeating.
