The model on West Chat CPT is based, for example, was given the results of crawling the public web for over 12 years. And what the program does is it takes real text, a little passage is a real text out of this massive, preposterously large data set. It will use these passages one by one to make its rules better. We have 1.5 million books full of rules. They're all nonsense because we're early in the training, but we'll see which rules apply and let them modify our voting strategy.
