The human rights campaign since 2002 has been publishing this score called a Corporate Equality Index. And it scores corporations that are signed up for a score. Certain things happen when you have a score. It gets you pride of place or whatever in colleges for recruiting. College admissions officers are very selective along having good CEI scores and telling students that you're a good place to work. If you don't have one, they probably will not promote you for the best jobs.
