The Survey Paints a Grim Picture of General Practice
The report says that the survey paints a pretty grim picture of general practice. It does make some broad suggestions of things that could help, and I was wondering if you could talk through some of them. Jake: From my perspective, I think decisive policy action is needed to improve the working lives of GPs. There's high levels of stress, low levels of satisfaction. And all of this needs to be considered against the wider picture of the workforce challenges in general practice.
