Isaac: I'm looking to pivot into a strip mall actually it's supermarket or dollar store and curse strip malls. That's where you can find the A or 10 cap and you win in the buy. My goal is very simple. I am not looking to conquer the world. I'm not looking to be Chikengi's Khan. So started buying kinetic states around 2008, then my first property was 2012. And I kept buying at 2014, 15, 17, all the way to 19. He stopped because he anticipate there's got to be a downturn sometime by then.
