The people person, the D is the disk is the driver, the dominant. The S is the stable person, the loyal person, the golden retriever. They want everybody to be happy. So have you run, have you run disk profiles on these guys? No, we have not. I would do that. Run four of them. And if you, if you, I think you're going to find your high performer guy is a D.I or an ID. That's what I am. It's 100% accurate.
