How to Minimize Uncertainty
All behavior can be described as either minimizing surprise or expected surprise. In an information theory expected surprise is called entropy. So all i am doing in my sense making and in choosing the sensory samples or data, actively somewhere choosing which to sample next me - everything i do can be seen as an attempt to resolve uncertainty and resolve surprise.
