Making People Tick

I think what I was always fascinated about is that I think things get done and are seem to be of higher quality when people are doing what they want to do. And so it would be the situation where things would just get behind schedule or quality issues, etc. So I've always found that fascinating too. It's funny that you say that because when I first started dating my now husband, I didn't understand the difference between an introvert and an extrovert. Doesn't mean it doesn't frustrate me from time to time, but it's at least I can put an understanding behind what I'm seeing in front of me.
