In a case for libel, you have to prove actual malice. There is no law about what a system that is trained on facts and also trained on things that aren't facts is responsible for when it spits out something that isn't a fact. And so the question of responsibility becomes a big one, which is, hey, we said this is not a system that gives you facts. We said right up there at the top every time that this gets things wrong.
