The Constitution Matters
No one, zero people, live in the idaho slipver. And only a few people live in the montana sliver. Which means that if you commit a crime in one of these places, it would be very hard to find a jury there. No jury means no trial. So that means, technically, you can't be prosecuted. This is what really upset brian. Our constitution is supposed to matter. Was as near a perfect document as has ever been. Retembrithout the constitution, we would be an entirely diffrent country than we are today.
