Are Hyenas Dangerous to Humans?

Their teeth are so sharp, they're so fast at eating as well. They can just absolutely decimate their prey really quickly. So we've got four species of hyena that are alive today. We used to have a lot more. In the fossil record, there was something like 70 different species of hyenas. Are they dangerous to humans? They can hurt you. You get your balls out.
