China Is Still the Number One Buyer of US Semiconductors

Boeing is still a major exporter of goods to China for the time being. The United States may have shot itself in the foot with its semiconductors laws. In the long term, it might be a good thing for China if they can mass produce microchips at the same level within a year or two.
