Small business owners have to work hard to get on the front page of Google. 75 per cent of people searching google, and i'll just use google as reference, because it's 93 % of search now, i they're not going past the first page of google. So you have to do everything that you can do to get on that first page. If they're not seeing what they're looking for, they're doing what we call a queery refinement. They're putting something else into google to find what they'relooking for.
