I'd gotten to a state whereby I interpreted every part of my reality as being terrifying and threatening. That's what it be called little tea trauma not big tea trauma but little tea trauma, says the writer. We all went through similar shifts but how we respond to that comes down to each of us as individuals so for me having all the rules flip was huge. If I had a magic wand tomorrow what I'd love to see all around the world would be the equivalent of AA meetings except it's about lockdown group work people like the COVID pandemic were doing.
