i think stretchings fin anything yoga, specially from mental. I me, i think it's, i think there are tons of benefit to those things. But if you do the movements in full range emotion, you will improve mobility. And my range of motion was tremendously improved. Ye, it's amazing. So, y didn't know, you didn't know yoga. You did no stretching. It's interesting that's about range of motion, because, you know, everyone will say, like, oh, am i have really tied hamstrings? "I'm thankful i can grab my knee caps sometimes"
