The Benefits of Short Position Training for Orthopedics

I've always thought that there's some sort of benefit to continuing to like train through that entire range of motion. And it didn't seem to add much fatigue. Milo Wolf is also doing some research using an isokinetic dynamometer, which only moves at one speed. So you can kind of control for quote unquote, taught, you know, time and retention. I think another thing to be aware of is that if it is this whole area under the curve thing, we really need to do is been like controlling for the amount of time spent in that range ofmotion.
