The Struggle to Be Charles Dickens

A woman who arises from unpropicious circumstances to give voice to her views isn't greeted by men with a well done you. The contempt grows the anger grows for all the reasons that wolf has articulated so that the struggle doesn't end. Dickens was haunted by his childhood and in some part of himself he was always fighting against it but he was accepted as a man who had made himself. Wolf: There is never the moment at which you feel you have broken free because the world will always put you back in that box.
