The three big levers for change were legislation for shared parental leave on a use it or lose it non-transferable basis to the point where a man is a social pariah if he doesn't do his duty in early childhood care. The third thing I think which is really interesting given that 74% start is a kite mark for equality on goods and services so that means that we they consumers can vote with our pockets for companies that do what they do in an equitable way.
