The Fragility of Inflation and Risk Assets

Inflation can really impair the margins of businesses. The longer away your cash flow streams are and the longer away your reward if you will is the more sensitive to a fluctuation in interest rates. A varied minute shift half a percent one percent in your discount rate can just have enormous effects on the present value of that asset. In today's market I think that there is a tremendous amount of duration and equities fixed income is that will be an absolute nightmare if there is inflation especially.
