Penny: Some specialist teachers don't like being called that, but they don't really have an alternative phrase for it. They still often feel like they're sort of set apart from the classroom teachers. And I think this is a very compassionate and thoughtful workforce. So I think they just can just be more aware that the specialist teachers could use a little more reaching out to.
