Finnegal's Climate Action Plan

Ramon Ryan's areas of responsibility include the most ambitious efforts to reduce carbon emissions. But when even the leader of the Green Party can't reach the targets in their own plan, you have to wonder if more broadly we will reach the targets. I think it's happening again, they keep harking back to Finnegal as the party for the squeezed middle. We will get income tax, income tax, it's the same thing at the same time every single year. They completely missed the point of what actually mattered to people during that campaign.
