Is There a Framework for Word Press Themes?
The idea then is that things would become more standard, and hopefullye community as a whole would adopt some standards. Do you have any expectation that this would be something that would be, if you like, top down? Or are you looking for a framework where really there are standards which must be adhered to? In other words, you don't really get to choose. If you want to be a word press theme in the repository, then you must do it in such and such a way.
