I'm on Hold for 40 Minutes and Then It Just Hangs Up

Ginger had to have back surgery a little while back and thankfully she's been doing really well. She also had a lump under her left arm that they removed and then that incision got a little infected So we had to put on antibiotic and at the same time she started to develop an ear infection. The medicine we had for ears expired literally the day that That she was showing issues so I tried to call the vet  to get another bottle of medicine. They put me on hold before I could even get that And then she comes back after let's call it a minute Yeah, we're at a schedule appointment.
