Townsend's Life Story

Townsend was one of the first british guitavists to make detours a major part of his personal style. He saw keith richard swinging his arm over his head and then bringing it down on the guitar to loosen up his muscles. Not wanting to look like he was copying richards, townsend didn't do that move either.
