How to Switch Off From a Novel
I'm pretty good, generally. It depends at what stage you're at with a book. The days when you really are and especially towards the end of a book where you can see the finish line in sight - those are the times where it's more difficult to switch off. I try not to do that too often because I also do think that it is important to step away from the book for all the reasons I've talked about already. But sometimes it is hard to switch off right at the end ofA novel because it's just every, you know, it's consuming you in terms of every way.
