Dropbox Branding - What's Your Approach?

Dropbox has a pretty high global brand awareness about 64% globally and a relatively high CSAT score of like over 70%. We really approach our brand first and foremost end to end which I'll speak a lot on throughout this. In fact you know our user research done maybe a couple years ago now showed that an inconsistent or fragment and brand experience for a customer can really erode user trust. So we would never want to erode that trust with ideally a solvable solution with a stronger system.
