The boundaries of Melbourne have shrunk and expanded over the years. The most recent boundary change made it bigger so more residents could vote. And then the big rea rule change brought in by the liberal government to try and tip the hand towards am. But when at that last a rule this article says,. it backfired. Clover maude's vote increased from 51 point one % to 57 point eight % of the votes. She actually increased her vote. Yes, really.
