LZ Granderson: Why do you think learning and education specifically is sort of the key to moving the need along climate change from your perspective? LZ: I noticed more and more through our programs that there's two key things that people get out of the learning experience. They develop the confidence to speak on the topic and therefore they tell us all the time that hey now when I went for a job interview I felt that I felt confident speaking on this topic. And I didn't feel that before. But the other thing is that they find community.
