There is a sense of keen observation about the nature of life, which leads us to the second noble truth. We want things to be in a certain way, and we need to want them. It's an inherent part of our experience that there will be a wanting of some kind. Once you acknowledge the existence of suffering, and then understand its origin in our desires, we can turn very naturally to the removal of suffering. If you eradicate your craving for pleasure, existence and even non existence, suffering evaporates. The first re is just we mant this is the origin of for and it makes sense.
