In January 1974, the first convention that I went off people to stand up, but about 24 of us were at, Banti sort of said, well, don't think I'm going to be doing all the teaching forever. Around the same time, he also gave the teaching on what he termed the by-tendential value of being. In one way or another, Banti was constantly steering us towards collaboration, towards teamwork and spiritual endeavor as working with others for the sake of all.
