Ketosis is the process of burning fats, right? So if you're eating too much carbohydrate, you are preventing your body from burning fats. I don't recommend anybody who's starting a weight loss project to start with running because it's too much stress on the body. You need to lose the weight first, but walking can be great. We need some better studies. Honestly, I think, my personal experience, and I've talked to other people in the community who say that after five years, you start feeling a lot better all of a sudden.
