The Power of Mental Practice
Mental practice is a form of practice that you do not in the physical world, but inside your head. Our minds aren't all that great at telling the difference between something that's really happening to us and something we just imagined. In visioning an activity vividly, it turns out, recruits the same brain circuits as experiencing that event in real life.
