Why We Shouldn't Eat Grass
Human bodies are not metabolic set up to digest cellulose. In a cow's body, they can convert that cellulos down into those sugars and then use those sugars as we would use sugar. We cannot do that because we don't have the same digestive system as a cow. cows actually pretty sure don't break down cellulas themselves. They do it with with bacteria in their guts. And that's why they have like a bunch of different chambers,. because they have this whole ferment thing happening.
